Welcome to my practice

Are you tired of focusing on the endless 'shoulds' when it comes to sex and relationships?

Whether you're struggling with something on your own or with a partner/partners, my approach is simple: we focus on exploring what you actually want and need, not what you've been told you should want. No scripts, no judgement, no one-size-fits-all answers.

Meet your therapist

I’m a queer, neurodivergent psychosexual & relationship therapist in training based in Brighton. I will be qualifying in May and will be registered with COSRT. I am also the founder of Cliterally The Best – an adult sex education platform.

I’m passionate about creating spaces where the messy, complicated bits of sex, gender and relationships can actually be talked about honestly. My practice is inclusive of all identities, backgrounds and experiences.

Whether you’ve never had sex and not even sure if you’ll ever want to or you’re exploring kink and ENM, you’re welcome here.

Sex therapy and relationship therapy isn’t about becoming more sexual or more adventurous (unless that’s what you’re looking for). It’s about understanding yourself, your desires, and your relationships, whatever that looks like for you.

There’s no benchmark to meet. Whether you’re navigating low desire, sexual identity, intimacy issues, asexuality, or relationship dynamics as an individual or with a partner, this is a shame-free space to explore on your own terms.

Accessibility and sliding scale fees

My practice is built on a genuine commitment to diversity, inclusion, and accessibility. That’s why I offer some limited sliding scale fees for those who need them. If you’d like to talk through how I might make therapy more accessible for you, whether that’s around session length, format, or fees, you’re welcome to contact me.

If you’d like to pay it forward for someone who can’t afford the full fee, you can choose to contribute a little more than your usual rate.

Cancellation policy

Payment is required in full before your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged the full session fee.
